Unica Communications Analyst
The Unica Communications Analyst position is a client-facing role which will interact and work with clients, project managers, developers, and end users to design and implement communications and technology solutions focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This role will support the design, execution, analysis and strategy of marketing communications to drive campaign performance and ROI on marketing spend for our clients. This individual will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to understand the requirements for each campaign; develop/write the segmentation, QA/QC the campaigns and test cell counts prior to delivery to the client. This role requires a working knowledge of database marketing, campaign management systems or related tools and analytical thought leadership.
